  1. Windows 7: Click Windows Start > Devices and Printers.
    Windows 10: In the Windows Search box, type Printer and Devices then click Printers and Devices in the search results.
  2. Right-click on the printer you are using for SendPro and choose Printer Properties.
  3. Click on the Ports tab.
  4. Write down the Port name that is checked.
  5. Click on the Advanced tab.
  6. Write down the name of the Driver listed.
  7. Click OK.
  8. On the Devices and Printers screen, click Add a Printer.
  9. Choose Add a local printer.
  10. Choose the Port name you wrote down earlier listed in the Use an existing port field.
  11. Click Next.
  12. Choose the manufacturer brand of your printer in the Manufacturer box.
  13. Scroll through the Printers list on the right and choose the Driver name you wrote down earlier.
  14. Click Next.
  15. If you are prompted to replace the current driver, choose Replace the current driver.
  16. Give the printer a unique name to be used for SendPro and click Next.
  17. Choose Do not share this printer and click Next.
  18. Click Finish.

  10. Click The Printer that I want isn’t listed.
  11. Select Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname and click Next.
  12. Choose Autodetect as the Device type.
  13. Enter the IP address you wrote down earlier in the Hostname or IP address field.
  14. The Port name field will be filled in automatically.
  15. Check Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use.
  16. Click Next.
  17. Choose the manufacturer brand of your printer in the Manufacturer box.
  18. Scroll through the Printers list on the right and choose the Driver name you wrote down earlier.
  19. Click Next.
